Deduction of immigration fees from credit card

Hi there,
Does anyone has an idea when CIC charge the immigration fees after receiving the application?
is immediately or later on of procedure ?
When will we get file number after submission ?
Kindly share your experience.

They charge credit card close to the day they send you file number(AOR). And usually takes around 1-2 month after they receive your application.
