Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
I submit profile using my LMO and was credited 600 points in addition to other factors. One week ago when I check my profile, the 600 is gone.

Anybody on the same situation? What could be wrong?

Is your job permanent? when would you work permit expire?

But how can I get ITA as I met the CEC criteria?

Pls read : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/publications/employers/express-entry-presentation-fall2014.asp (Scenario 2)

I am not in CEC. But Canada is changing its direction so that only workers with PERMANENT, FULL-TIME LMIA jobs can gain that extra 600 points. A lot of people are in the same boat as you do - having a Canadian job but not gaining that 600 points. You may talk to your employer to apply for LMIA, but LMIA has a requirement that your employer has tried his or her best to recruit Canadians but still unsuccessful before the government will give out LMIA. Proofs of attempting to recruit Canadian workers, for example, are required.

Thanks.

Very inconsistent system. My employer had secured a LMO/LMIA prior to issuance of work permit. The work permit expires next year, a good one more year validity. Why should my employer advertise a job that's occupied (LMO'd).

The application requirement for CEC thru EE is about experience, current employment, language ability, etc.. its not about job offer.

True, but I was talking about gaining points through the Express Entry System. Without gaining ITA in EE, you cannot apply through CEC.

Hey Mapletrunk,
Go back into your Mycic account and edit the section which ask about Job offer, then save it and see what happens.
