Hi all,

I am going to sponsor my wife and her child who is the daughter of her previous marriage. The father of the kid should submit the Declaration from Non-accompanying directly to the Immigration office or it can submit the declaration to us (my wife and me) and then we submit the form together with our other forms and documents?

You can submit it with your package. Note carefully the need to have it witnessed by a notary (I forget the precise requirements, do check).
