Hello Everyone
Today i done my refuge hearing at was went well but it the end the Member told me he will send my decision on mail i am so worried why he not give his decision on table.

I wish you all the best. You will receive the decision 2 to 6 weeks after the hearing.
Be positive, you can start feeling up ur PR form so once you have the decision you can apply for ur PR straight forward

But my question is still there why member not give the decision on table instead of sending through mail any one got positive decision on through mail

Its not a must for member to give decision on the table, sometimes member needs to review certain documents, testimony to finalize. If decision is given on the table, that means member has wrote decision already...

What does it mean if the member have concern of reavailment in the hearing.
It means you need a lawyer.

Reavailement typically involves renewing your home country passport and/or traveling to your home country while also claiming that you are being persecuted. For example, if you traveled a few times outside of your home country during the period you have claimed you were being persecuted and then returned back to your home country, and then later flew to Canada and claimed asylum here, that would be a problem.

Impossible to really comment what's triggering this concern without knowing the full details of your case. However get a lawyer if you're not already working with one.
