decision made?

pls i need to know what decision made means?got approval letter earlier this month.ecas shows medical has been received.

I think decision made is for your approval sponsorship and if e-cas says medical recieved that it means your file is in process...for the step 2...permanent residence for the person who is sponsored by you...
