Dear Nadeem_jee,

What difference will it make if Indian was a Canadian ?. Yes it is early to say firmly that DM will lead to sure shot rejection. I would like to say that your 50/50 chances are not true as well, mostly DM before medicals lead to rejection. Only small percentage have positive outcome in case of DM before medicals.

I wish you and other forum members who have DM before medicals have a positive outcome.

Best wishes !!.

Hi Indian,

1st of All I am very sorry 2 hear about that your case has been rejeced... Did they put note for what reason they reject ur case??? 2nd thing for how long your E-status was IN-Process and then turn 2 decision made...... was it In-Process for short Period???? and then turn 2 Decision Made??

Regards

Hi Indian and all

I would just like to share my experience.

Like Indian my case was also rejected and my consultant sent them reconsideration letter and after a month they reopen my case.

Now once again my status shows In Process.

If your case is jenuine you don't have to worry.

y do u worry abt things that don't matter........medical line recd added or not does not make difference...

And to make u even more sure, u 1st did ur medicals and then u enquired if they have recd medicals.....they replied asking for ur passport....that itself is a sign that they r happy wid medical results and want passports jus for stampin.....

just pm wen u receive visa .....m very very sure that u will get maple leaf in ur pp.....All the best for ur life in Canada ;)

Yes. Happened in my case.
