I checked online and the situation is

Cuse embassy always asks us to contact with Email
And they tell us ab

Embassy told me last week by phone about my file
They said its complete and they will send it to IOM..
And IOM will contact you
So
I checked the online service
And saw my situation..
It was 'Decision made'
But i didn't receive decision made letter yet
And i can't call embassy or ircc by phone
The ask to contact them by Email.
When i used email with contact them
6 months ago i received
The message ' we will review your email' '

IOM is where you get your medicals done. So confused why they said IOM will contact you. Unless you meant something else by IOM?

Unfortunately, you need to wait for their reply via email.

Do you mean they should send an Email about DM?

In Lebanon.. CANDIAN EMBASSY
send refugees to IOM
To medical tests and For book tickets and pick up visa..
