Decision made on ecas

I sponsored my mother and brother under PGP.After all the processes on 12 march the status on ecas changed to decision made . Almost one month passed i have not received any mail or message in gc key about the decision.
Is it normal?

you will surely receive the message.....it just sometimes takes awhile.....
