hi friends

is there any one having inprocess since march 2012 or after that and got decision made.......

what is the criteria for issuing visa

as i got MR and PPR in June 2012 and sent all docs with Medicals nd PP in july 2012 since no change in status.

but many of our friend who have completed Medicals in november got DM and visa issued

In which category do u fall, MI1, MI2 or MI3

Any one applied before 26 June 2010 is MI1
27 June 2010 to May 2011 are MI2 and after that MI3
This is how they categorise applicants.

CIC is working on MI3 then MI2 in the end with MI1 that is why our applications are being delayed to this level.

med and pp sent July 12
inquiry was a minor one abt family

No updates after 21st Jan on this topic. This topic moved to 4th page today as no one is updating further on this.

Anybody with DM after this date? This will help all of us the current status.

Are you sure is that correct? Cause I sent my PP/MED/RPRF(encashed) in Aug,2012. But no reply as yet. I am an MI2 Applicant. All I see is inprocess and no reply to CSEnquiry as well. Really cannot understand what to make of it. Wish you guys the best.
