Hi all I have applied under the provincial nominee category and came to India from Canada to submit my passport in october 2012 and still waiting for my passport and visa, got medical and passport request in july 2012, my medical was done in july 2012 and have requested for 2nd passport request from ndvo when they r at final stage to finalize my case, then i got a mail from ndvo in sep 2012 to submit passport, its been 6 months since i have submitted my passport, my employer wants me to come back to work, have sent so many mails to ndvo even case specific enquiries but no response... anybody in the same boat or any advise from u guys will really be very helpful... Thanks...

looks like i will b in same boat...they did for 2nd ppr and willing to submit by 2nd week of april... i hope they will send us soon... how come ur case have taken 6 months... have u called them...? it shud not b more than 4-6 weeks... i suppose...

Thanks JAGGU for ur reply, i have sent emails plus case specific inquiries to them but no response as far as phone is concerned there is no phone number where an actual cic person is there to answer calls its all computerized, if u have any phone number of cic where someone can actually give answer to my query then plz forward it to me thanks...i dont know what r they doing with my passport they dont even bother to give a single reply to my mails.. 6 months really frustrating....

i am a bit worried now...status changed to DM on 19 march and its been a week nearly and i have not received anything uptil now......
