Yep said send by mail and gave me two address (1 for courier and 1 for normal post)

Also there was no biodata form sent, do I need to do bio data?

It doesn't say on the letter to fill out attached bio data form. But I heard that there was a requirement? Is it only for people coming from outside Canada? I wish I could call ottawa to make things clear, or i wish they didn't use generic emails.

The biodata form you should have on the email with medical request. I don't know why exactly UK citizens in particular are asked for these things, afaik for french citizens they send the COPR without asking for anything.

Other you can bring as Demand Draft or Traveller's Card etc. Bring USD $100 for transit expenses, Federal skilled Family Members Funds Required

Yes; you receive MR in about 1-3 days after RPRF.
