I received it last friday and til today nothing yet :'(

Proof of Fund is only applicable for the 2014 applicants not for the applicants applied before as it was updated in recently

I was just going through your post regarding the POF. Do u have any idea of any article or circular that the POF is applicable to only post 2014 and not pre 2014. I just wanted to go through that article.

Hey after a long wait from Pre-June 2010 from New delhi VO. We recevied medicals in May 2014, but they requested only RPRF and copies of PP. As per my understanding they usual request for medicals RPRF and PP together. Im worried now as to why de dint ask our PP and instead asked only copies of PP....Nybody else in the similar boat???

Ny idea of how much times it takes to request PP after the above process?

After much waiting, I have to write to the Canadian Immigration Minister for the status of my Pre-June 2010 Application, as I have not heard anything from New Delhi VO after my repeated attempts to know the status of my application, since my medicals in June 2013. The below is the response from the minister's office..

"Our records indicate that visa officials at the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi are conducting background verification checks on your application. Please be assured that visa officials will contact you should additional information, documentation or a personal interview is required."

I am very happy to get a reply, but then why the background verification checks after the medical received line in my ECAS. I thought medical received lines are updated after all your background checks..

today i spoke to my friend who is already in Canada and told him about the reply from the minister's office. He told that this is a standard reply to everybody who sends in a query asking about the status of the application.
So my only option remains is to wait and wait and wait till i get the visa in my hands..

Hi Guys , I just got my status changed from In Process to Decision Made .. what is the next step . Cic did not asked for my passport yet .. Not sure whats coming next ..
