We have sent in our passport as requested last month, but because we need to leave the country that we are currently in(we're in Hong Kong and our employment visa has expired), we have emailed the immigration to ask about our passport. And now, they have sent us back the passport without any changes to it or no visas, so we're totally puzzled. We wonder if we need to resend the passport again, once we travel out of hong kong? Or we have to wait for another PPR? And what if we change the address, does it affects the processing time or the file has to transfer again to another visa office nearer to us?

Anyone has met with this kind of situation?

Try and travel out of hongkong as soon as you can. Then resend your passports to the visa office, Guess you still have a copy of the PPR that was sent to you by mail?Because you may have to include it again. Ensure to do these fast.

Today is the 16th day since my passport delivered to LVO and still no updates..
Even E-Case is still showing "In Process"...
No sign of Decesion made...

As "Medicals Result have been received" line add previously when last medical done, Spouse have gone through re-assessment medical this month again "Medicals Result have been received line" will added in the ecas...

You will receive your passports with in couple of weeks. Decesion made shows that the visas are already stamped...
