DM – 05.03.14
Visa received:-10.03.14

But what if I did not send back the receipted Appendix A and old passports?
Just the new Passports and the updated Appendix A?

I hope there would be no problem. I e-mailed the VO and explained to them anyway.

It is always advisable to send back the copy of letter recd. from VO with our reply so as to help the dealing officer understand well at the very outset.As regard old PPT, I think VO may need it to reconfirm ur travel history for criminality check.More so, ur new PPT will have reference of the old one, as well.It may also prone VO to have look at the old PPT for the said purpose.However, if ur travel history has already been checked by VO,HE/SHE might have made remarks ( namely, NO CONCERN) in this regard in ur file and ,therefore, may not require it(OLD PPT)any more.

I'm anxious. Someone please help me clear something off my mind.

We had PPR last Feb 11.
Sent the passports together with photos and Appendix A on Feb 14. (Note: the passports will expire on Sept 2014)
Feb 18, we received a call from VO that our passports will be returned to us and we have to renew it.
Feb 20, We received the passports and everything in the envelope. (envelope and appendix A was stamped "received"
So we got new passports and sent it again, along with photos and the new details about the passports in the Appendix A.

My question is, will the VO understand that those are new passports w/ new passport # and get on with the stamping already?
Won't we have any further problem? Thanks!

No you wont have any problem. But in case you've not sent the new passports, you can include a photocopy of each old passport, that's all.

Received my CSQ in 02/2013
Applied for federal in in 04/2013
Medical requested and completed on 06/2013, submitted with PPR, police certificates.
All this time till now when I checked my application status I only had two lines (for 9 month):
1) We received your application on 04/2013
2) Medical received (appeared in 07/2013)
I checked today and here is what I got:
We received your application for permanent residence on April 2, 2013.
We started processing your application on March 14, 2014.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
Do you think this is a positive sign? All knowledgeable input welcome. Thank you.

any other expert have any information about reason of why my visa is getting late...

Will the passports will get dispatched from NewDelhi on the day of DM? Please throw some light in this space who had idea.

I got DM on 14th march. Waiting for passports from blue dart( because I sent PRPF, passports etc thru blue dart) without going to office with fingers crossed. I got DM just after 10 days of receipt of Passports, PRPF etc .. So getting tensed what might went wrong...... I seen nobody who got DM in such fast....

Don't worry Dear Ashok, after medical done & "medical results have been received" line updated, chances of visa 99.9%. u will receive ur PP's with visa soon. Good luck!
