Hi everyone!

I got the PPR on Nov 17th and sent the passport on the following Monday. I'm still waiting for my passport to return to me. It has been 2 weeks now.

My question is how does your passport get delivered to you? On the PPR letter, they said they don't use courier service. Will i get my passport in my mail box like other mails or would it be delievered to the door? I didn't enclose a return envelope. Would this delay anything?

Few days ago, my status was changed to "decision made" on e-CAS. I'm guessing it's a good news. Am i right? I'm just getting anxious.

Thanks in advance for your comments!

Oh so they are taking time to return the passports huh? I thought u'll get back in max 2 weeks. But not including a return envelope could be a factor that it's slow. I enclosed a express return envelope and I hope mine will arrive in time. And you should be getting it in mail then... But is that even allowed? Can you send the passorts a post mail?

Oh yes, like always it takes too long each step.

I can't imagine an important document like a passport being dropped in a mailbox. What if it gets lost? or what if it gets wet even? (It has been raining a lot these past few days and yes, all my mails were soaked!)

Man... I should've included a return envelope.

Did anyone get their passport back without sending a return envelope?

Oh well, I am pretty sure they get it back somehow, and of course it would be regular mail then, but it just didnt make sense you know. I mean it si an important document so how can they just send in a regular post mail. That's what I was thinking. Or may be they send it by express mail with a reciept in your envelope.... haha! and yeah with interest on it! ;)

let's hope for good. You will get it soon. it could eb delayed for few reasons. And if you had express post envelope than you would have a tracking number and you were able to keep track of your package. Thats teh beauty of it. But don't worry, you'll get it soon.

Yea.. Thanks umairz :)

Is there anybody out there who got their passport back via US regular mail service?

Please share your stories :)
