DECISION MADE but ask for document (police)

Hello,

I just got "decision made" in my status online (I'm the sponsored), but something was added in the note. It says something about them sending me a document request back in November and they want it as soon as possible. Now I know it's about my police check, but I already sent it to them more than a month ago. And I got the confirmation email from them too that they receive my police (I just have this gut feeling for a while that they'll lose my police check and have no idea where it went).

I got my AIP in November

My question is if they put decision-made on my status, why they're still asking for my police after I already sent it with confirmation? Or could this be worse than what it could be? I'm thinking about they refusing my application and my gut is swirling to think about this.

Call them up. Do not assume things.

yes call them up. Might not be the police check you're thinking
