Decision made before medicals applying after Feb 28th, any help and reassurance

Please help,,
My application was submitted on march 08th 2008 to Baffulo, AOR July 2008
NOC on the list
January 17th 2009, Received letter from the immigration asking for IELTS,Police Clearance certificate and proof of family relationship in Canada ( Brother ) and was given 60 days to submit my documents ( till March 17th), test was taken already, got the PCC ASAP documents were sent to the consulate , March 6th, today the status of application online changed to "Decision made ", I did not do medicals yet, some poeple on this forum said that this after Feb 28th does not mean rejection, I am very anxious , I have an attorny and my points are

Education 20
Experience 21
Age 10
English per IELTS 14
relative in Canada ( brother ) 5

Total 70

Please help

What's the actual NOC code you had on your application? Somehow it doesn't sound like a rejection to me, unless they didn't like the result of your background check. Other than that I feel it's good news rather than bad. You can always email them an inquiry.

NOC 3112 Specialist Physicians
My concern is that almost all those who get decision made beore medical was rejection

I can't back my impression with facts but somehow it doesn't sound like bad news to me. I would send an inquiry to Buffalo. They should get back to you in a few days.
