Decision Made 1st of June 2010 before request of Medical or Interview

If the VO is done with the case it may be normal but you on your side you should do something maybe send a case specific enquiry and show your VO that you still want to go to Canada.

It is a 99% rejection. Send a case specific inquiry immediately and tell them you haven't yet received any letter ever since ur status is changed to decision made. I suggest, send an email to CHC (both case sp. inquiry and normal inqury emails goes to same email addresss) from your email Id so that you have a proof in case you choose to ask for reconsideration or an appeal. One of the forum member have similar problem, he didn't receive a letter even after 3 months. Here is the link -

its a rejection
 
I am dont have doubt that its rejection, all what I want now to recieve a letter from VO to know the cause of rejection and to rearrange my self for re-submission if possible.

I cannot make decision only depeneding on the Ecase without any official letter from VO. They delayed my Process time form about 10 months and now the are dealying my for another more than one month to recieve a rejection letter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think prevent me from another chance of re-submite my application according to the new occupation list on 26-6-2010 as I am Engineer.
 
I sent another case specific enquiry by emails 2 days ago and I got the follwoing reply from VO:

A letter regarding your application has been sent to you today (15/7/2010) on your mail address.


Really this is very strange the ecase showed "Decision Made" since 1/6/2010 and CHC in London just sent the letter today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

However I will wait until I get the letter.

My husband apply under new FSW in February 2010. We sent all docs to Vienna and did not take English test since he provided them with an English language proof (school, work). Today his status changed into "Decision made" but we did not receive any instructions for medical.
"We received your application for permanent residence on March 22, 2010.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the Vienna office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the Vienna office on March 30, 2010. The Vienna office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on July 22, 2010.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. "

Can this be a mistake or we should be worried.

I am afraid registrar.. Its a bad sign :(.. Just wait for them to contact you to confirm. It could be also mistake. God Bless you.

I am sorry to say,but it is mostly a rejection. Wait until you get a letter from them and then you can decide what to do next. From my experience, the way the visa officer has reached to a conclusion (decision made) in such a short period of time(Your application was reviewed and we started processing on July 22, 2010) is may be due to lack of points ( and that may be IELTS).
