Decesion Made for Parent Sponsorship

I got approval from Mississauga office and it says file transfered to local office Islamabad. What si next step do I have to fill out any other application or Am i suppose to get anything wlse from CIC. I have no clue what to do next.

as per my experience...now they want u to supply email id when u fill up the final set of documents for your parents and they will communicate through email...in mycase...i gave mine so i got the mail and i informed myparents in india
