In both cases you may have to do a Letter of Explanation. Regarding the passport, it may help to also attached some documentation from BLS indicating that they would not be able to renew passport until December.

Does anyone for how long this OINP nomination is valid once you accept it?

If I get an ITA but choose not to apply, will I continue to have 600 points in my account and be eligible for next ITA?

And, are we going to get any certificate from OINP? It seems, one of the documents required at the time of applying for PR is "PNP certficate"

I am in a similar boat as you. From what I researched, OINP nomination is valid for 6 months. So once you get your ITA, around the 50 day mark decline your ITA. (50 day mark because if you do earlier you will get ITA again in the next draw). You will be back in the pool with your 600 points intact and will be available for ITA in the next draw. Not sure if anybody has done this, this is purely based on reading their respective sites.

When you accept it, the 600 pts are added

that means My lawyer will get the email, Coz he applied on my behalf thru his CIC account.

No. It just becomes invisible to others. After eAPR it will freeze.

Depends on POF. if you have FD than you have to show along with statements.
