Our cases are very similar I'm also CEC with NOC 2175 and wp expired on June 20th.

I am January 2016 Applicant. However I was following Dec 2015 group to know the status of OINP processing timelines.

This group really motivated and made me more knowledgeable. Today I received nomination.

Just want to share with you my timelines for your reference...

  Application Received: 4th Jan 2016.
  
  AOR Received: 16th May 2016.
  
  Request for Information: 17th May 2016.
  
  Nomination Received: Today (18th July 2016).

I applied for ONIP in Dec, but haven't got the AOR!! My status is expiring soon!
I contacted ONIP, and they said, it's still in between the completion check process, I don't have much option left!!

PT Received- 3rd Dec
Application Sent- 23rd Dec
Application Received- 24th Dec
AOR Received- 24th June.

Did anybody get nomination similar to these Dates?

Still only a few CEC candidates with WP expiring have gotten nominations. Seems like still a couple of months more till December folks can here something

For some reason they have slowed down or completely blocked their nominations except a few that can be counted on your fingers. Even CIC draws are pretty much very small. Could be possible that once the draw size goes back to normal , nominations will also be at a normal pace

Bulk Nominations should start in Sep-end (end of quarter 3) when IRCC would hoppefully be done processing their pre-EE applications ....
