December Application OINP

@frankiefun's application was received on the 2nd Dec and his is the only application for the 2nd Dec.
I've observed that such applications ( even some Nov ones ) that are the only ones received on that day get delayed a lot ( say 1-2 weeks )

about draft

my agent informed me that the draft is encashed in feb but still no aor.is this possible?it means they opened the application.but i want to know that when a draft is encashed ,does the depositor got a message from the bank?

how did your agent find out? only your bank and Ontario ministry of finance know

I also went to the bank to inquire about DD, they told me they will have to mail them at Ontario bank and would revert back. After 2 or 3 visits the bank told me my draft is en cashed on 14th March. ( application 22nd Dec). I dont know whether the bank people really had a genuine conversation or just told me because i was following it up. Hope the drafts are cleared.
