Thanks @ronix . I didn't just receive any decision mail. Just acknowledgement for ADR , in that mail the officer wrote that they were forwarding my file for further processing.

It's almost November end but CIC has not declared the PNP quota for each province.

Any idea when they can or when they are to?

Once the 2017 quota received by OINP then they may give more updates on the process.
