Thanks bestofluck. I will apply with my current PCC along with a LOE. Hopefully they will accept it. Otherwise, applying for a PCC from Canada takes at least 4 months and that is a time which I don't have.

does it says that your application is sent to senior processing officer for decision. How long it take form decision phase to nomication?

I guess not all officers send this notification.

I got my addl. doc. request on Nov 1st and sent everything on Nov 3rd and didn't get any notification!

guys I have done my India PCC from BLS India, on March 12 2016- And i have not traveled anywhere out of Canada since then, I know its valid for 6 Months only, do i need to redo again ?

Is there anybody on the same page ?

No it was exactly the same template referred to senoir officer for decision.

You donot need one because you did not go to india after getting PC.
How long does it take from BLS?
Are you applying Police Clearance for Canada also?

My country doesn's have an embassy in Canada nor in the US, but they have an small office in the US. To get a PCC, I would have to send my application to their office in US along with the originals of my passport, birth certificate and national id. I know it will take at least 4 months for them to process. The problem is I will be out of status in Canada soon so I need to submit my eAPR asap. Also, there is a possibility of losing my most important documents in post.

I am currently studying in Canada. I am a FSW Inland.
