@bestofluck
I called OINp yesterday to check the status of my application. The lady told it's at the second stage of processing.
I asked them how much more time it will take. She said They are going to process all the application at the end of this year.

Could you tell How much more time this stage will take?
At the end of this year, I am going out of country so bit worried.

I called them two days ago and then I got the document request last night. Maybe give them a call.

I already did, they said they'd send an email if they need something

Do all *should* expect add docs?

you can't accept the nomination once you accept the ITA, the profile won't be available for OINP to process it

Are you also willing to wait for a NoM if you get a direct ITA?

I can see the logic that may be it's better to apply with NoM than without because if something goes wrong it MAY be easier to reapply by asking OINP to reissue your NoM, but honestly I wouldn't suggest that ANYONE wait for a NoM if they get a direct ITA unless they KNOW they'll be getting the NoM in a few days... Unless they have verbal confirmation from an OINP officer that the NoM has been issued and it's on its way.. go for the ITA!

Why? Well, simple... imagine you ignore the ITA and in a few weeks instead of a NoM you get a procedural fairness letter (PFL) from ONIP, what then? If the cut-off rises then you're screwed... The only certainty we have is the uncertainty of when OINP will issue the NoM and until you get the NoM there is always a possibility (however unlikely) of a PLC arriving instead.

That's my point of view...

Yes at least for pof. Unless as i said they change policy to speed up. They should stop add doc thing.

The problem is OINP is asking for a whole bundle of docs not just PoF. Even IRCC doesn't asks for this much amount of details nor calls and grill applicants over phone for 45 minutes. Why is OINP acting tougher than other provinces or even IRCC ?

Yes ACCEPT NOW MAN!!! If you're luck your points will be added today and you can still get an ITA from today's DRAW!!!!

If all else fails recreate your profile and send the details to OINP so they can transfer to your new profile, but ACCEPT NOW MAN!!!

Both ways is fine. If you accept it now you will immidiately get ITA. so wait for 2 days.accept nomination on 21st . Let your profile expire. Make new one and transfer nom. Get ITA in next draw. This will give you 60 full days to submit.

I just received my ITA, I am worried I won't be able to upload and send my e-Apr before the expiration of my EE profile (26th of October). how long do I have to accept the ITA? or decline it? and what happens if I just ignore it until my profile expires?
let's assume I accept it right now and couldn't send the e-Apr on time, what might be the worst case scenario?

thx alot, please I need your help guys?

I'm assuming you want ITA ASAP yes? Then accept now, if you'll need a little more time to get your DOCs ready then let it expire and then contact OINP with the new profile information.

If you got an ITA you profile will no longer expire.
