Thank you Digitaldestiny for your reply. I was checking below link, and it appears to me that I can still utilize my old pcc, the reason is I have not stayed in India for 6 months in a row after last pcc taken. Right now it is 9:33AM here in Jamaica and this is the time I usually get thru after about 5 to 10 tries.....Press 1 and then 0 for operator. Good Luck!

You get an email from donotreply@cic.gc.ca about new message arrived in your EE profile. When you login, you see nomination acceptance message.

From what I've been able to gather the first thing you receive is an email from CIC stating there has been a change in your profile, then when you log in there will be a nomination that you can either accept or reject. After some time you'll eventually receive a nomination certificate via post. It's not clear whether or not you need to accept the nomination before getting the certificate, I'd imagine so, but some people here are being told that the decision will come by post.. So not sure anymore!
