My application is rejected because of funds. But the thing is I'm programmer and working full time. So, according there application guide I don't have to show funds. But still my application get rejected because of funds.

I am sorry to here about your application. But, the link in the application guide regarding skilled funds is linked to cic which has some other interconnected links which says the employment should have an LMIA. Do you current job offer have an LMIA?

Guys, a good news to share with you all. I received below email (reply of my application status inquiry) express entry ontario email address yesterday and I would like to know that how long OINP takes to send AOR after sending such email?

The important thing is that they have not sent standard email. My name was mentioned in email which is generally not mentioned in their standard email. They usually write Sir/Madam.




Thank you for applying to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program. We have reviewed and accepted your application. We have now put your application in the queue for further processing. You will receive an acknowledgement letter that will include your file tracking number soon.



Please note that processing is taking longer than usual due the large number of applications in our inventory.

It is a reply indeed but i never received reply addressing my name from them before.

maybe they began to actually read our emails instead to directing them to autoreply, only God knows what are they doing!

But they won't say that your application is reviewed and accepted and will issue AOR soon.

They always say your application is in queue. I too received such emails....many time on inquiries.

But yes, you never know what they are upto.

when I called last week inquiring a guy with deep voice with french accent replied, and said from the look of things "seems" my application complete and I should receive acknowledgement within "few weeks" and later the ministry decision in "few more months".. no idea what "few" means in their PoV

Guys Please add your OINP details to the OINP Tracker there is a report in the tracker to estimate AOR etc, the more entries in the tracker the better accuracy of the report.

Can anyone please tell me the exact email which was received when the DD was asked again. I have seen it on this thread but I am not sure which page.

Let me update my timelines.

It is very difficult to get through... I've been trying calling OINP since friday with no luck...

They said my bank draft had expired when it doesn't have any expiry date.
I sent them an email asking if they could please encash it but have received no reply.
I'm sure they haven't even tried.

It's very difficult to get a Bank Draft here in Mexico.
I only could get Scotiabank to do so, and when I went past friday to ask for one again, they have some problem with their "system" and haven't been able to issue a new bank draft...

I don't know what else to do...
Anyone from Mexico that can help me?

Or from anywhere else that can come up with a solution?
I'm desperate....

One solution I can think of is, if you have any friends or family in Canada, transfer the amount to them and ask them to create a local DD. Send them a PDF of letter you want to send to OINP. Ask them to take printout, attach that DD and send. (You can send the DD return address to your house in Mexico).

I got my AOR finally. It was indeed sent on May 17 but due to my inbox being out of space, it did not get delivered to my email.

Now, I got both the letter and receipt as attachments but my DD was apparently valid for only 3 months. Now I have to again follow up with them if they sent me an additional email asking for new DD during the period when my inbox was out of space.

Feeling so stupid that my inbox was out of space around the same time they sent the email. :-[ :-[

Congrats @prashantduggal. Looks like out of excitement you posted the same message on multiple threads .

Anyways, although they are parallely going thru Jan applications as well but officially OINP say that they process on first-come first-serve basis so they would send your AOR once the processing moves to closer to your application receiving date. Wish you All the Best.
