I found it in the ATIP options and I was able to make a request

I don’t think csis ever provided actual notes, usually it’s just a generic letter saying your notes are exemption , but they stopped sending even those some time ago

CBSA can provide entry-exit information which is VERY helpful for physical presence, and will also provide the full IRCC gcms notes for citizenship apps. While the underlying data (the system notes) are the same, CBSA and IRCC do not always 'redact' (exempt from disclosure to you) the info identically - i.e. you might get a tiny bit more info (more like the metadata than the info itself, really). Whether that small difference is useful to you or not is a different question.

Also sometimes CBSA is just a lot faster.

You'll get your personal data as is (minus some potential redacting) regardless of the actual status of said data. Your physical presence being in progress or completed changes absolutely nothing here, apart from the fact that the GCMS notes you'll receive from CBSA will show the PP completion.

One question, the latest IRCC processing time shows me 14,400 applicants ahead of me ( Dec-2023 submission). I recall even last update in Jan the number was similar. Have anyone noticed it? For sure in Jan it was down some 5000 from previous month. Anyone keeping an eye on it?

I have the same Dec-2023 submission. It goes down approximately by 2000 every month.

I am seeing in the "2023 Citizenship Applications" thread that people with AOR Oct 2023 and Nov 2023 are receiving updates (BG completed). Did anyone from Dec 2023 receive any update yet?

mine is DEC, no update yet
