I don't see anyone CEC with AOR November who get BIL... but today is already February, so more than 3 month nowBased on what I have seen, I think it takes like 3 months for CEC to get BIL.

Would a PNP inland applicant (OINP HCP) consider himself under CEC if he doesn't have a foreign work experience and only Canadian?CEC November 1st AOR got BIL last week. We are not many on the CEC group so hard to draw conclusions but from September and October it definitely looks like around 3 months to get BIL for CEC right now.

New week starts! Based on the trend line I calculated we should see first BIL for Dec23 AOR FSW-O this week.
The trendline actually seems to be accurate. FSW-O December AOR have indeed started receiving Biometrics and Medical requests.Looks like the trend line is not accurate anymore =)
Almost no BIL during this week, therefore there is no data to make any predictions from now...
