Yes..I spoke to IRCC agent. They said eligibility and background check is in progress. My primary visa office was Sydney and on 1st March 2023 file was moved to new Delhi for further processing.What is your VO and did you call ircc about file , and it is Outland right??

Did you get an email stating they moved the file to New Delhi? What was the visa office on the sponsor approval? We have a very similar timeline and no update since medical completed on March 1.
