As many suggested here, I used gcmsapply.com to apply for GCMS notes. I paid around $6 for gcms notes from CBSA and I received in 21 days.

The latest on the strike: Negotiations still ongoing but the government looks unlikely to concede much more following their "final offer." If bargaining doesn't conclude in the next few days, back-to-work legislation is looking quite real, and the Conservatives might even back it. So much drama!
