Can I withdraw my application and apply paper-based. Seems like online is taking forever to get approved. It's just that the processing fee will be lost because of the AOR.

Unusual but it may work. There's no provision to prohibit anyone from withdrawing and reapplying. But the problem is that even majority of paper applicants including myself are stuck at Background Check Complete. So who knows? This new IRCC minister has messed up.

What all can online applicants do to make a push? Applied on Dec 28. AOR on Feb 22. No progress since then.

I wouldn't do that.. I am a November paper applicant. Still waiting here for the invite.

I read somewhere that they come individually. But I am not sure. Speak with IRCC to confirm.

Why December 2021 applications are not moving? Majority didnt get yet a Test invite whereas applicants from Jan/Feb/Mar 2022 are receiving their Test invites.
Nothing makes sense in the whole process.
