yay! how do you know you passed? it says "medicals received" in ecas?

anyone else experience something like this? I received an email with a request letter attached from sydney VO yesterday requesting for a police clearance certificate from the USA after I already submitted police certificate from my current country of residence, but the problem is I have never been inside the USA since both my attempts of b-2 tourist visa was refused. Only been transitted to the US with my C-1 transit Visa for connecting flights from home country to Canada and vice versa. Does anyone knows if this was a miscommunication on the VO side? since i have never been inside the country why would i need a police clearance certificate from the USA?
yes ecas will say medical received and gckey will say medical passed..both my ecas nd gckey got updated on 22nd august
If ecas says medical rcvd then its confirmed that u passed ecas
If u havnt rcvd pre arrivals yet then next is eligibility checkyay!

BG Check usually shows same completed date as bio, once the passport is issued from VO back to VFSyay!

my immg consultant did, yea, it just won't do
but they do send emails too, right? the major ones like PPR

we have picked up our passport today with COPR and the travel Visa.
I would like to thank every single person in the Dec 2020 group for helping me throughout this entire application. And i hope for a speedy process for everyone to reunite with their family. I don’t think i could have done it without you guys.
