I have received an email to provide complete colour photocopies of all passports and send them by mail or courier. I think some applicants have sent their passports by email. Is it possible to send it by email instead of Mail!?

Don't sent it by email if they asked for a courier delivery. I got the same request and sent copies along with translation of some stamps.

My wife got the same email this morning as well. Just mail them the copies plus the original request letter.

Thanks. I sent the translation and black & white certified copy of all pages with the original application. Is it necessary to send the translation again? or the colour copy is enough?
and the copy must be certified? or just a simple colour copy?

I'd suggest not to email them if they've specifically said to Mail it back. The email I got had said to reply back to that email by attaching the files.

Hi All

My application has been in process since the 22nd of April. No updates since ! BG is still in progress?!!

I called IRCC back in June and they said your application is processed normally and they asked me if I got fingerprint request yet! So i said no? I dont know how they knew that 3 months ago!

Till now I didnt get any finger print request nor test invite? is that normal ? I called again a month ago and they answered saying my application is processed normally and that i should anticipate a finger request as it show on their side? !!!!

Is this normal ? should i ordere GCMS notes?

guys anyone ordered the ATIP GCMS how long it will take to receive the email with the notes in their email before this covid mess they used to tell 30 days SLA! is it still the same ? or i will expect also to wait decades for it like our IRCC applications! i ordered it on Aug 27.

thank you for your help and good luck what a difficult situation we are in with this stupid wait time with IRCC horrible mess. those agents they spend their day eating or away or absent probably jeez!!!!!
