Can you pls share when your eligibility status changed to recommended passed and then passed(Its 2 stage process, as I know).
My eligibility is still in progress and criminality is in progress since early February.

If you are not in Canada, you have to apply for a TRV from outside Canada. When you apply form within Canada, only your status is changed and adjusted, and you may not be issued a visa.

@legalfalcon Thanks. I had applied for a new one from outside Canada but had used my Canada address. I did raise a Web form to request that my application be transferred to outside Canada which was acknowledged. Should I cancel it and do a new TRV from outside Canada?

I have raised a webform to PVO inquiring about my application stages status and i have got a response stating " you will be contacted as soon as your action is required " nothing more nothing less (of course with some other crunch template msg).
Could this implicitly entails anything? Or just nothing remarkable about it?
Is it worrying or just fine ?

I know nothing much in the statement but i thought maybe for an experienced person there could be something inbetween the lines to read.

GCMS was ordered anyway.

The webform responses to begin with are ambiguous and this only indicates that that there is nothing required from your end. No need to be too concerned about it. Instead send a webform again after a few days, you can also call IRCC or rely on the GCMS notes.
