I personally don't know. You can try site specific googling like this, so that the results are from this forum. Type the following in the google search bar and hit enter:
contact MP site:https://www.canadavisa.com

Or just find out who your MP is, call their office and explain the situation etc.

She just told that they now start quickly. Which we can see on the QC Govt Site as well because now they reached up to 22 Oct 2019 Application and I hope with in 1 or 2 months they can reached upto Jan 2020 files

Since you just sent the photocopy of your husband's passport and not the original passport; CIC may have decided to keep it (but i would doubt them doing so). I will share more details with you once we get our package back from Ottawa next week or so.

Yeah, I'm worried someone may have removed them, so fingers crossed the London (UK) office kept them and it was just machine damage but it was torn all along the top. If anyone can tell me the offices usually keep the photocopies, e.g. it wasn't in their envelope, that would make us feel much better!

Hi,

Congratulation for the PPR but just an FYI that Mississauga office does not stamp the visa and does not deal with Passports. I am sure you might have sent your passport to Ottawa as well (if your spouse is in Canada). In case you sent it to Ottawa; you can expect it to be back in 2 weeks,
Please share what office/address you sent your passport to.?
