I got my second set of GCMS notes, my CoR is finally Canada (they changed this after my webform and ADRs) and my primary office changed from Ottawa CPC to Vancouver. And I have been removed from COVID pace group. Any day now :)
Glad to hear. It took like a week or two for me to get COPR after the COR correction.

I came here for vacation and I’m stuck. I did not change My COR. So I didnot inform them that I’m in India. Once I get the gcsm notes it will be clear I what’s happening. I’m trying to be back eagerly. I even have a TRV in process in India.
If you are processing a visa they can know you are outside? I don’t know... I could guess that the only reason is your travel needs. But GCMS notes should show you what is happening. They seem to be giving them out soon these days.

Sorry to use this thread... but am not getting response in another delayed thread hence posting here as there probably are folks who got PR here...

Can anyone please let me know the processing time for PR card if you have recently applied? I need it to start processing PR for my spouse.

Yeah seems like I am between Ottawa and Vancouver actually. So could be either or.
And that being said, the final decision always comes from IRCC office not a local visa office. Or at least that's what I read from their website:

"VACs do not accept applications for immigration; Express Entry... VACs accept applications for travel documents for permanent residents."

So CIC offices will sent the PR email and I guess VAC is the one where you send and get your PR card. I could be wrong, if someone wants to correct me, please do :)

VO and VAC are different entities. VO does process the application I believe.

Hi,
I understand that there are many inland applicants that are in this predicament with their PR application that everything has passed on their application however there is no updates and no approval decisions on there account and subsequently no COPR letter. I am one of those inland applicant too. Hence I would like to ask you all to gather and sign a petition for inland applicants. We know that the COVID-19 has greatly affected the CIC processing times and the border closure has as well however, our applications have already passed all the requirements and more importantly we are living inside Canada so no border can stop us. We have been waiting for a long time now I think we need some explanations that why even our account have not been updated in 2 months while everything is already passed.
In June they were issuing COPRs for inlands everyday but starting from July no COPR has been issued or they have been very rare.
