What does this DM Mean?

Hello everyone. I know this group is almost 10 months old. Can anybody answer me. I submitted my spousal application in early July 2019 and i haven’t received first letter/AOR yet. Is this normal?

I really don’t have any idea when they will
Issue ppr. And negative decision made... if u had no obvious red flags( didn’t have bad interview or were not sent pfl) and don’t have criminal records, I don’t think it should be refusal.

Medical Feb 2019, wife was pregnant and deferred x-ray.
around that time We got decision made on my sponsorship
File was also transferred to Mississauga
Online account said they started processing our application in April or March 2019.
Wife gave birth last week, x-ray finished last week as well.

What's next? how long is the wait?

Did you let them know that your wife gave birth? And sent them documents/child’s birth certificate?

Not yet, we're waiting for the birth certificate. I went to get it today from the court and they said it can take up to 30 days for them to receive it from the hospital. Should I just send the verification of birth from the hospital?

As a general rule if it was a negative decision IRCC would have sent a letter explaining the negative decision and you would have received it already.
