Not sure what it stands for but my understanding of it is that it's landing papers (showing proof of approved PR) that you give to the officer once you land.

We received same message. However, we have never received request for Biometrics. We received it after submitting passport. Do you know what this means by now? Please help. I am super confused and worried now.

dont know a lot, but judging from earlier posts, it seems its just an automated email sent everytime there is a movement done by VFS global whether its with respect to Biometrics result or anything else

Moreover, according to what I find in this forum, getting this letter means the spousal's eligibility in the marriage relationship is reviewed and passed.
