Your previous refusal will have no impact on your application. However, if your application gets delayed past 6 months then it's probably because most applications these days are taking longer to process.

When is you aor? If it's still within processing time I would say go get a detailed experience letter and clear confusions
@RanaHamdi My AOR is dec 10. employer from company1 refused to give me a letter.Notes itself says that I have enough experience from company2 and company3.

Don't worry, you're not alone. The majority of us are still stuck in IP1, but we'll get there sooner or later, it's all a matter of time!

Got an ADR for my marital status as I had shown as separated. My divorce is under progress. Uploaded the document on 10th Feb 2019 and then,
Cleared Medical- 12th Feb 2019
My additional document still says "we are reviewing additional document provided by you" and
My background check states "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check"
Just wanted to check with the group if are there possibilities that CIC might come up with further additional document requirement after 5 months now.

according to notes,, info sharing is completed.. eligibility is passed since feb 6 and in March file transferred to CPC Ottawa....but security and criminality was yet to start... I got my gcms notes on 17 april....
Yes they can come up with ADR any time during the processing of your application. I personally received mine after 156 days have passed.

Try calling the agent, you might expect the security might have started in the past 45 days from the day you order your notes.

Review of Eligibility and Background Check have been going on since then. (Reviewing Eligibility Requirements and Processing Background Check)
I was employed in Alberta while my wife worked in Montreal when we applied. Unfortunately, I was let go by my company on March 4 and I immediately let CIC know about it. I claimed no points for the employment in Canada since there was no LMIA and I was employed for only 5 months when I applied. I also let CIC know that I was looking to relocate to Ontario to search for new opportunities.
I left Alberta on March 29 and I came back to Montreal to stay with my wife for a while. Since then I have been traveling back and forth to Toronto, meeting people and attending interviews. I decided not to rent a place permanently since I didn't know where I would end up. I stay with my friends in different locations in Toronto and GTA when I got there for a short visit.
A couple of days back, I got to know from the CIC agent that the criminality is passed and the other stages are still in progress. Since I am nearing 6 months from the time of application, I believe it's important for me to update CIC about my address in Toronto / Ontario. I have no intention of settling in Quebec and since I applied under FSW, I didn't want to tell CIC that I have been staying in Montreal for a few days. One of my friends in downtown Toronto has suggested me to use his address for communication but I fear that might complicate my application.
I am looking to be mobile in Toronto and am set to appear for a driving knowledge test this week using my friend's address to get the license delivered. Should I update CIC about the Toronto address I am going to use? If, by any means, I get any notification for PPR, it would be difficult for me to change the address. In that case, the authorities might suspect me and challenge why I didn't let them know about the change in address as soon as I relocated from Alberta. I didn't do it since I had been living with different friends in different locations in Toronto and didn't have a permanent address there.
Considering my timeline, I sincerely seek urgent advice, especially from senior members. Please help me out.

Same here..i have similar status CEC dec AOR and Edmonton Office..have same status for more than a month.
