I have couple of questions:

- Has anyone with similar timelines (ITA and profile submission) got any update from CIC?
- By what time, should i expect, my medicals to reflect as "Passed" ?
- Typically how much time, i should be looking forward to (For hearing back from cic)?
- Also, if these is any whats app group for December 2018 ITA, please share the link.

Hi, You will get your first update in the form of the email you received at the time of submission - the Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR), the next will be about 30- 40 days later in the form of medical passed. It's a long-ish wait after the medicals passed and the CIC will only get in touch with you if they need some clarification/documents.
I suggest you sign up on immitracker and follow the cases there to understand how the timelines are going.

Dec 14 AOR will probably get MEP tomorrow or Friday.

Regarding MEP to PPR, it's really a crapshoot. Take a look at my screenshot from yesterday on processing times. The ones cleared lately have been pretty long for outland.
