+1(514) 937-9445 or Toll-free (Canada & US) +1 (888) 947-9445
Phone (from within Canada): 1 888 242 2100
Phone (from outside of Canada [block caller ID]): 1 613 944 4000

I asked them to tell me specifically the lines I put there (visa office, medical, criminality, security, eligibility) as they have them in their system. Otherwise, they talk in general terms like "background check" like the EE portal does. "Background" = security+criminality, but if you ask specifically, they will tell you.

If you dial the 613 # outside of Canada, you can use these options (wait until it's ready to accept an option): 1 1 1. Then you'll get transferred to IRCC (the same as the 888 # inside Canada and you'll hear a male voice). Then you can use options 2 1 1 0 to get to an operator "fast" (it's the family sponsorship information menu tree but it goes to the same phone operators).

If you follow the tree normally to get info about your application, you'll have to enter your application number, date of birth, and listen to a long read-out of its status before you get to get in a phone queue, and 2/3 the time it will just say "we're too busy. call back later" instead of putting you in a queue.

Tried to call this morning from Canada... On the prompt pressed 2110 and was not able to get in the cue... maybe next time... but until then... we continue to wait~~~ and hope~~~

Hi guys,just received golden mail
Dear xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,

The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. You must complete the following steps within 30 days in order for our office to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence and, if applicable, your permanent residence visa. If for any reason you are not able to meet this deadline, please inform us immediately by email to: bucstimmigration@international.gc.ca with details concerning your situation.
STEP 1: Change in Circumstances:

Should any of the following circumstances apply to you or any accompanying family member, you must inform this office immediately:

· Change in marital status, for example due to marriage, divorce, legal separation, annulment or death of spouse;

· Change in family composition, for example due to adoption or birth of a child, including a child born to an accompanying dependent child,

· Death of principal applicant, spouse, accompanying children, or death of sponsoring relative;

· Change in health;

· You or any of your accompanying family members being charged or convicted of a criminal offence;

· Change in contact information: mailing address, e-mail address, or telephone number.

Your failure to inform CIC of any of these changes may result in the cancellation of your permanent resident visa and may render you and your accompanying family members inadmissible to Canada.

Your failure to declare all of your family members, accompanying or not, will permanently exclude them from sponsorship under the Family Class regulations.

and so on

Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What's ur AOR date and country?

Not totally true though....
A Pnp-Inland applicant with AOR 21 Nov got PPR yesterday. He/she reported travel to 35 countries.
That's usually what I've observed so far, people with no travel history were getting PPR sooner. I guess it does not apply to every and there are exemptions

Don't worry, stay positive. Everything will be fine.There are many Indians in this thread and no one received biometrics request so far. You too won't get but in case they want they will notify you. My timeline is same as yours. I am also in IP1.

Sorry - was in my original post. I am CEC- Outland. Citizenship and Residence - UK.
AOR - Dec 19th.
MEP - Jan 31st

My understanding was that European citizens must give biometrics, but I think most people here got an instruction letter around MEP. You might want to contact IRCC (see my signature) to ask.
