3 people have received AOR, but I'm thinking they were the lucky ones who managed to get the officers that fill in info quick. Someone called today and said they were working on Dec 4th application today, and that seems right based on the timelines that the end Nov applicants have been getting AOR. I'm Dec 6th and haven't received AOR yet, but others from Dec 8th, and Dec 13th have. So they're going in order but some apps got to cut the line a little! Should be hearing about more AOR's from early December from here on out. Those from mid-end Dec will likely start to hear towards the mid/end of Feb.
Yeah, Outland seems to have hit a snag. Its almost like nobody is working on the applications... This is so weird.
