My application was delivered on December 1st and no AOC yet

I had just completed my required number of days (about 365x3 + 15 days) So, I'm thinking maybe they are verifying my eligibility? That's the only explanation that comes to my mind.

I guess so yes. Probably they are verifying the eligibility period.

Is there any time of the day/night you receive the email? Or is it random. I am literally stopping everything I do and check the phone. Knowing if there is any range of time will help.

Same with my wife's application. We sent seperate application on Nov 30. Delivered Dec 4th.

i got AOR on Jan 22nd, she is yet to receive.

I checked ECAS and now it says "In Process". "We started processing your application on January 30, 2018."

Any chance to know what office is processing my application? I am from Toronto. Hopefully, my application doesn't sit there collecting dust.
