Hi buddies
I have 2 questions:
1- Since I moved to Quebec province recently but my spouse's sponsorship has been started in Ab and now it is in the visa office, is it possible for my spouse to land in the Quebec province without CSQ?
2- If I request ATIP, will it delay the application. And what if the case gets decision made after the atip? will they hold the application till they answer atip or it is a whole different story by another party? ( the application is in the visa office.)

Just wanted to update everyone: I just contacted my local MP to check on our Visitor Visa and the staff was so great that the voluntarily asked me for the PR case number and will get updates for both. Hopefully, it'll be good news for both. *Fingers crossed* :-\

If it's passed the 1 year mark they may ask for a re-medical, sometimes they extend it though. A PR cannot land without a valid medical.

what're the chances of the extension? all i've heard is people goin thru remeds upon remeds for LVO...

I really don't think you can land in Quebec without CSQ, but I'm not confident about that,

I've been checking our application status every couple of weeks and today BOOM! DECISION MADE. I'm so happy you guys!!!
I don't know when the status changed. We didn't get any email or letter. Anyone knows what the procedure is? I.e. when can we expect an official confirmation?

hey could you please priv msg me when you get a status update for your PR case? i'm also very curious to see whether there's any progress on our december LVO group. and i hope getting an update from our MP doesn't involve a 30-day wait like the gcms notes, lol...

I AM SO HAPPY SEEING ALL THE DMs!! Congratulations to everyone. Given that mine is at the Singapore visa office there is a chance it'll take longer, so I'm holding on to my faith that things will come through at the right time. Again, I'm so happy for all you getting all this positive news

No fees. We pay them when we pay our taxes.
