Hi everyone! Long time reader, first time poster. I thought I would share our timeline with you.

I'm the sponsor (Canadian citizen) and my spouse is Hungarian, so we went through the Vienna office. Medical done up front and all fees paid in advance.

14 December 2015: Our application is received in Mississauga (sent by Canada Post). We never received confirmation of this from CIC and had to call several times to ensure that our application did in fact arrive.

5 February 2016: AOR1

17 February 2016: Sponsor Approval

17 February 2016: Application arrives in Vienna VO

22 February 2016: Third line/AOR2/Processing PR application

28 March 2016: Decision Made

Not sure what will happen now or how long we will have to wait for the next step, but I hope that this might be helpful for all the non-Ottawa VO folks - things are happening!

I hope Paris VO will send us some good news soon. It's been over 1 months since the 3rd line in Ecas, and I have been checking the status everyday.
They did ask some additional info that was missing (our mistake) on the Additional Family Information form, at the beginning of March. We sent it by email the very same day. They mentioned not to contact them in the next 3 months. And that was it.
Still waiting ....

I thought of that and would happily agree, honestly I would lock the spreadsheet in a heartbeat! ;D
However I am not an admin, just a self proclaimed neat freak so I (and a few others I believe) have spent countless hours keeping this spreadsheet looking nice and accurate. Again, let's hope it stays that way, it's a joint effort and if anyone needs help adding info to it pls post here and we'll help or you can send me a private msg as well

I'm sure yours will come through soon then! I would love to know how CIC prioritizes applications, but the whole process is still a complete mystery to me.

AOR received on 20th February
SA received on 25th of February
It said that the application is sent to Sri Lanka for further processing, when I check online it says the processing started on 4th of March..
No any emails after that..
Waiting....
Anyone knows what's the next step?

I used to spend a lot of time on the spreadsheet then I kinda gave up.

I'd actually posted about my DM from my phone, and when I got to a computer I was all excited to update the spreadsheet and someone else had. Was actually super upsetting for me. Kinda took my thing away, there.

anyone can help me?no SA still..though we use representative..I didn't receive AOR too..ecas says started processing n pa n sponsor side..what dose it mean.i applied dec 2015..is it possible they don't send SA??

From what I know if it's in process on both sides you've already gotten your SA. It is highly possible they didn't send it. There are quite a few people on some forums who never got an email saying the got it. Don't worry!

Hello, hello, hello. I finally got my third line. It says my application was processed on the 29th of March, but I am unsure when exactly they updated it. Last time I checked eCas was yesterday (March 31) at around 5 pm and saw nothing. It's April 01 right now and saw the third line. So one thing to be very mindful about: eCas is not always on real time. It gets updated whenever someone updates it. ???

Anyone else from Ottawa receive their third line yet?
