What should I be expecting after receiving this 3rd line on the PR side? Should I tell my wife (sponsor) to be on the look out for any correspondence?

Congrats! You (Principal Applicant) should expect to receive an email (if you included one). They will most likely be emailing you for missing documents (police clearance, etc). It seems like people who recently received the third line has not received any other updates yet (like decision made, etc). So keep checking back here as well. I do believe that CIC updates ecas with a fourth line about sending something in writing about missing documents or something.

My Husband received an e-mail stating he needs to provide some additional information(forms)
IMM 5562 Supplementary Information

They asked him for proof of military service exemption.

I am just wondering anyone that is with VO ANKARA, how long does it take for them to receive requested info?
How should we send it? PTT? special courier?

I am leaving to go to Turkey, to visit my husband today. Very excited but a bit upset with this request, since it will somehow delay the processing...

Applicant side reads :

1. We received ABC application for permanent residence on December 15, 2015.
2. We started processing ABC application on February 25, 2016.
3. Medical results have been received.

Lol I don't know why my case is so weird then, I got 5 lines:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on December 4, 2015.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 23, 2016.
3. We started processing your application on March 21, 2016.
4. Medical results have been received.
5. We sent you correspondence on March 29, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required

Edited: I use the UCI I got from my VO and I log in using my info, when my wife tries to log in (sponsor) using her UCI then go to the PR application side we still have 3 lines there, so I guess after the SA they update only the account with the sponsored applicant's UCI.

When did you get your UCI ? Just curious i'm still yet to get mine though

Apparently I had a UCI number from my previous TRV application which I just used in checking and it showed me same details I was used to seeing when I check using either my spouse UCI or Application No

I use the UCI I got from my VO and I log in using my info, when my wife tries to log in (sponsor) using her UCI then go to the PR application side we still have 3 lines there, so I guess after the SA they update only the account with the sponsored applicant's UCI.

i, the sponsor logs in & sees 2 panels; one for myself & one for my husb. but when we log in using the husband's info, only the PA's info can be seen which is the same as what i, the sponsor sees; 3 lines for now. app has been in process for 3mo.

idk if they update on the PA's login cause technically DM makes no changes, no lines added & PPR is thru the PA's email (right?) & then also the collection email. not sure if its true for ECAS tho, but when ur file's at ur designated VO, emails will deffo go to the sponsored spouse. the sponsor's part of the case is usually done & dealt with as soon as u get an SA/AOR.

Idk so far they updated me with every single thing that happened with my application, in email and on ECAS.
I have a feeling that TLV VO is very efficient and thing will go faster than the 6 months they indicated in the email they sent me. So far they have been perfect but we'll see what happens. I heard once the application leaves canada everything depends a lot on the VO u'll be dealing with.

I have the same thing except I didn't get an AOR2 email from them so that line doesn't show up on ecas for me. But I also have that last line show up only when I check things with the principal applicant's information, it doesn't show up when I check ecas with the sponsors info.

Did they send u anything about additional documents or anything after the status changed to in process on ECAS?
