Hello everyone, it's day 63 (7 days after AOR was sent) and I still haven't received SA. I just called CIC and they informed me to wait another month before calling them back again since the officers are currently working on files received up to December 23rd and will not be able to send anything out until mid March. He also checked my file and advised that there was no communication which was sent out to me.

I'm so nervous. Anyone else in the same boat as me? :'(

We didn't include our marriage certificate so we got a letter today asking us to send it, that's why we didn't get SA

You're welcome. Yes I'm sure and according to the spreadsheet, we only have 24 more people waiting for AOR. So hopefully by the end of this month, we should have everyone with AOR!

I called them and they said they are still processing the file

We called them yesterday and they said they r still processing it, they emailed us today asking for it, so we scanned it and emailed it to them few hours after we got their letter, if u r on day 60 or 61 since ur application was received and u included everything u don't really have anything to worry about
A very common and funny fact is that many people got responses from CIC a day after contacting them, it's totally coincidence but still funny fact, so hopefully you'll hear from them today or tomorrow

Just got off the phone with CIC since I haven't heard anything from them since receiving the AOR on Feb. 2nd. They said sponsor was approved Feb. 6th and I should get an email soon. So relieved that atleast the first step is done

People who have received SA make sure to check eCas for the applicant side changing to IP!

Those who have received IP, keep checking to see the 'started processing... on..' line for AOR2!

How did you call them at 6 pm? I thought they close at 4? I want to call them so bad!

They tell you they close at 4 but it's not true, I already called 3 times and I always call 7 in the morning or 6 pm they answer really fast

Actually I called them today around 6:30 pm cause I also didn't have SA and they told me same as djaya, sponsor were appoved February the 6 and I should receive the letter soon

It's practically unable to reach them during core business hours, so I kept trying after 5 until I finally got someone at 6pm.

The PR section under ECAS changed to "in process" today, so I guess that means my app has reached London. Next stop, PPR.
