I am also from sri lanka don't worry they will send you your SA. Some sponsors from sri lanka go through normal check up some go through security check which take a bit longer. but don't worry you will receive your SA soon.

all our communication has been through email so far and checking ECAS about 5 times a day.

I woke up Wednesday morning to find ECAS stating Decision Made and my partner got his PPR between 9 and 10 AM the same morning.

SA - March 12, 2015 (SA stated application would remain in Mississauga for processing)

ECAS changed to Decision Made - March 18, 2015

PPR - March 18, 2015

My partner is from Spain (visa-exempt) so he should have been processed in Paris but he has been in Canada on a tourist visa for the last 7 months so that could have been why everything went so quickly.

Hi! I have about the same timeline as yours, and last march 19, i also had "medical received" in ecas Under the pr application status that states "application received". Do you happen to know what comes next after this? When do we know that the Manila VO has received our app?

It means a decision has been made on your sponsorship application! You will get a letter or email soon about whether you have been approved or not!
