Hi, binibini. Not Pinoy..actually there are 2 parts to check your status in the website .one for the sponsor part, one is the sponsored person. once the information sent to VO, then you can click your sponsored link to see your status ( use your application number and your name ( sponsored person and etc to log in.. to see your status from Manila Office ).

For those of you that recieved your SA was it through email or a physical letter in the mail?
It says that they sent me a letter on Feb.25th but have not yet recieved anything, are they talking about AOR????

No they are talking about SA. Congrats . Check your spam and make sure that you have their address in you contacts. It should be by email; however, if you haven't mentioned your email address in you forms, they will mail it to your mailing address. Also, if you have a lawyer they have sent the letter to his/ her email address. If none of these are the case, you should give them a call tomorrow.

I received the SA via email, well my wife did as she is the sponsor.

I have been checking my emails everyday-- i got my AOR thorugh email but still no sign of SA! omg im excited and scared where is my approval letter!

I'm 5th December applicant, but CIC send a email on 18th February requesting a new IMM008, then I've sent it (received by them on 25th February).
Does anyone know how long CIC process this new information?

I had to send back a form also, set my application back around a week - 10 days.
So I had the request on a Saturday, I emailed it off to them on the tuesday, then I have SA the following Wednesday.

I have added another column to the spreadsheet. It is to the right of "Outland Visa Office". It lists what the current processing time for the indicated visa office is in months. I will update it quarterly when the website is updated.

For those with Mississauga listed there is no estimated processing time listed for Mississauga, so the spot for you is blank. I know that andyb2404 has confirmed his second stage will be processed in Mississauga, but I am not sure about the others.

p0ppet, CANANICA, kangaroduck and natodincan you all have Mississauga listed as your visa office abroad. Has this been confirmed or did you accidentally put Mississauga because that is where the first stage is being processed? If you could let me know, or update the spreadsheet yourself that would be great!

Puzzled101- You have Quebec listed but this is not where your second stage would be processed. What visa office abroad will your application be forwarded to? If you could let me know, or update the spreadsheet yourself that would be great!

I figured now that we are all slowly moving past the AOR/SA stage it will be helpful to know where the applications are being sent so that in the future we are not comparing our process with someone who has an 18 month or 9 month processing time so we do not get frustrated.

Can you tell me how you sent the form to them without your AOR or UCI#?

Hi everyone! Good news! My husband got SA March 5th! Our VO is Singapore...hopefully it won't take long. From the forum usually people get it within a year or less. Fingers crossed!

Yes it was the November version of the form I filled out and submitted. I think I mailed my application the day before or on the day it changed.
The form they asked me to resend was the "schedule A" was I missed out a 4 month period on my employment history.

Thank you for updating the spreadsheet RYIT. Greatly appreciated! The reason why I did not add a VO office is because I have no idea which one it will be sent to. I am a German born citizen so technically it should go to Vienna. But I grew up most of my life in Switzerland, which could mean my application goes to the Paris office. So I will have to wait until I receive SA before I know for sure which office to put. When I hear something I will update the sheet.
